Commercial Strategy & Implementation
Acting as Chief Commercial Officer for a rocket hardware development start-up. Delivered full market and customer analysis including proposition and business model development. Engaged with customers in the space industry and developed spin-off opportunities for alternative applications. Realising an £18m sales pipeline, securing three investor leads and developing a government grant pipeline of £2.2m.

Marketing and Partnerships
Worked at Director level with the British Land Speed Record team defined the marketing and brand strategy and developed commercial licensing programmes.
Optimised existing partnerships with Rolls-Royce, Castrol, Jaguar Land Rover, Nammo and Rolex. On-boarded new partners Oracle and Zheijang Geely in multi-million-pound agreements.
